CLASS INFO
HOT YOGA CLASS INFO
- Please check yourself in via one of the two kiosks upon entering. This requires downloading of the Fever Yoga Cycle Strength branded app. Within your profile is a specific barre code connected to your ID. You will scan this code to enter class. Failure to check yourself in will result in a late cancel no show $10 fee.
- No shows/Late cancels incur an automatic $10 studio fee. All students, members, and 30-day pass holders are held accountable to the cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your reservation please do so at least 3 hours before the class start time. We do not offer refunds on late cancel/no shows.
- Hot yoga classes set to 87 - 99 degrees and 45% humidity. (depending on season)
- Bring your yoga mat or we sell and rent mats specific to hot yoga.
- Cold lavender towels will be provided during our rest pose at the end of each hot yoga class.
- Hot yoga mats specific to the space may be rented for $5
- Large hot yoga towels may be rented for $3
- Bring water to stay hydrated during your hot yoga class or buy a bottle from the studio.
- If no one is signed up for a class 3 hours ahead of the class start time the class will be cancelled and removed from the schedule.
YOGA CLASS INFO

- Bring water to stay hydrated during your yoga class or we sell water in studio.
- Rent a yoga mat for $5. Any yoga mat is acceptable for classes that are not heated as you do not have a slipping effect with the heated classes.
- If no one is signed up for a class 3 hours ahead of the class start time the class will be cancelled and removed from the schedule.
CARDIO CLASS INFO
- Please preregister for indoor cycling + cardio class on our branded app, website or Mindbody to guarantee a space.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up prior to your indoor cycling + cardio class but no more than 15.
- Please check yourself in via one of the two kiosks upon entering. This requires downloading of the Fever Yoga Cycle Strength branded app. Within your profile is a specific barre code connected to your ID. You will scan this code to enter class. Failure to check yourself in will result in a late cancel no show $10 fee.

- Indoor tennis shoes or clip in cycle shoes required for indoor cycling.
- Strength training classes require indoor tennis shoes.
- Space is room temperature for indoor cycling + cardio classes.
- Bring water to stay hydrated during your cycle or cardio class or we sell water in studio.
- Cardio + indoor cycling encourages perspiration. Be prepared to sweat!
- Remember to go at your own pace in your indoor cycling or cardio class and listen to your body.

STRENGTH CLASS INFO

- Remember to go at your own pace in barre + FIT and listen to your body.

RECOVERY CLASS INFO

POLICY AND FAQs
GENERAL CLASS INFO
- Studio doors open 15 minutes prior to each class start time.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your class. Please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes prior to the class start time.
- If you are running late for class please call or text our studio lines to ensure we can accommodate you. We will do our best to ensure you make it into class if we know in advance.
- We have 2 large bathrooms to change before and after class but do not have shower facilities.
- If under 18 years of age and older than 16 please have a parental permission form signed.

Failure to check yourself in will result in a late cancel no show $10 fee.

- If you are on the waitlist for a class and can no longer join, please remove yourself the same way you would a regular class on the roster. If you are added to the waitlist, you will be notified via text or email. It is important to "opt in" to notifications to receive alerts on classes. If you are added from the waitlist and do not show, the $10 studio fee applies.

CLASS TIPS
- Please keep all personal items including cell phones, purses, duffle bags and the like outside of the studio rooms in one of our cubbies or keep them in your car for safe keeping.
- Stay hydrated throughout your day ~ bring water or we sell water at the studio for your convenience.
- Get the green light from your doctor if you are healing an injury.
- Large towels and yoga mats can be rented for $3 - $5
- Please bring dry tennis shoes or clip in SPD shoes for indoor cycling. We do not rent shoes for Ride classes.
- Barre classes may be done barefoot or with grippy barre sox, whichever is preferable.
- Yoga classes are ideal barefoot. Please remove your socks for the best experience.

GETTING TO CLASS
- Please use the front door entrance off of Wealthy Street. The backdoor is an emergency exit only.
- Parking is accessible and plentiful behind our building, off of Barth Street and on-street (meter parking).
- Please pre-register for your class in advance to guarantee your space on our branded app or website schedule.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your class start time or your space may be given away to a waitlisted customer.

MEMBERSHIP INFO
- All memberships are available to use for all 3 studio rooms.
- We do not pause memberships. If you need to cancel your fulfilled contract, we do require 30 days notice.
- Liability form must be signed before first class.
- Autopay memberships continue to renew month to month after they are fulfilled to ensure you receive any discounted rate as long as you are with us.
- We require our cancellation form be filled out with 30 day notice on any ongoing membership. This is sent to you via the original membership purchase as well as listed inside the studio bulletin boards.
- We do not provide refunds on memberships not cancelled within the 30 day window. It is important that all members be held accountable for their personal account.

- Looking to cancel your membership? Please fill out the form below.
- All membership cancellations require 30 days to process. Please respect our policy around the 30 day notice. Please fill out the cancellation form in order for us to process your request.
- You will not be directly notified once the form is submitted. All cancellation requests are timestamped and dated. Rest assured your request is being handled promptly. Still unsure? Feel free to email us regarding the acceptance of your request at admin@feverycs.com.
- We do not offer refunds based on usage of the account.
- It is important that you know your renewal date and understand that you may be charged again depending on the date you submit the form. Thank you for respecting our policy around this.
- We do not offer refunds on requests submitted past the 30 day grace period.
- Your ‘canceled’ membership will remain active until the end of your final paid month. We automatically stop it 2 days before the next billing date to ensure another payments isn’t processed.
