Push yourself to be stronger — your body will thank you for it. Strength training has benefits like improved posture, better sleep, increased bone density, weight loss, and a boosted metabolism. You’ll also see the results compound and improve performance in cardio and flexibility exercises.
Barre (50)
Barre delivers incredible body-changing results with a low to no-impact workout that is approachable for all fitness levels and ages. This is a total body workout that uses small range motions to fatigue the muscles and large range movement to elevate your heart rate. Props are used such as ballet barres, bands, tubing, balls, weights, glider discs, and core mats to enhance the experience.
RIDE (30) + Fit (30)
All levels 60 minute fitness class combining Express Ride and strength training. Prepare to start in Studio C for cardio and head to Studio A for core work, toning and sculpt. Accessible to ALL.
FIT (30)
FIT (30) is a full body 30 minute work out that will build your strength + confidence. Using resistance training, circuits, and free weights to maximize health benefits, build muscle and maintain a healthy body composition. Increasing the body’s muscle mass, overall metabolic rate increases, which results in more calories burned throughout the day, not just during your work out.
Barre Sculpt (60)
Barre Sculpt (60) is a 60 minute total body workout that is held center floor. We use larger range motions to fatigue the muscles and elevate the heart rate. Gain balance and coordination with fun choreography and props such as bands, tubing, balls, weights, glider discs and body bars.
