ABOUT STRENGTH CLASSES
Push yourself to be stronger — your body will thank you for it. Strength training has benefits like improved posture, better sleep, increased bone density, weight loss, and a boosted metabolism. You’ll also see the results compound and improve performance in cardio and flexibility exercises.
Barre (50)
Barre delivers incredible body-changing results with a low to no-impact workout that is approachable for all fitness levels and ages. This is a total body workout that uses small range motions to fatigue the muscles and large range movement to elevate your heart rate. Props are used such as ballet barres, bands, tubing, balls, weights, glider discs, and core mats to enhance the experience.
RIDE (30) + Fit (30)
All levels 60 minute fitness class combining Express Ride and strength training. Prepare to start in Studio C for cardio and head to Studio A for core work, toning and sculpt. Accessible to ALL.
FIT (30)
FIT (30) is a full body 30 minute work out that will build your strength + confidence. Using resistance training, circuits, and free weights to maximize health benefits, build muscle and maintain a healthy body composition. Increasing the body’s muscle mass, overall metabolic rate increases, which results in more calories burned throughout the day, not just during your work out.
Barre Sculpt (50)
Barre Sculpt (50) is a 50 minute total body workout that is held center floor. We use larger range motions to fatigue the muscles and elevate the heart rate. Gain balance and coordination with fun choreography and props such as bands, tubing, balls, weights, glider discs and body bars. Barre experience preferred before trying on this challenging class.
Barre 101 (50)
Barre 101 is an educational and foundational class designed to help you build strength, improve body awareness, and maximize results by focusing on proper engagement and alignment. Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking better results, this slower-paced, stop-and-go class breaks down key movements to ensure safety and integrity in every exercise. You’ll learn how to activate the right muscles, move with intention, and develop a strong foundation for dynamic barre workouts. Whether you’re new to barre or looking to refine your technique, Barre 101 will empower you to move confidently and effectively.
Barre BURN (50 INFRARED)
Barre Burn (50) combines the sculpting precision of barre with the deeply therapeutic benefits of infrared heat. This class blends small, targeted movements and high-repetition strength work to tone and lengthen your entire body, while the gentle infrared warmth promotes muscle flexibility, boosts circulation, and enhances detoxification at a cellular level. The heated environment intensifies your workout safely, helping you achieve a deeper sweat and improved mobility without harsh impact. Expect to challenge your endurance, strengthen your core, and leave feeling powerful, cleansed, and deeply rejuvenated.
YOGALATES (60)
This yoga-Pilates hybrid class is designed to deepen your connection to balance, core stability, and mindful control—all essential elements to strengthen and support your yoga practice.
We’ll begin with Sun Salutations and a yoga-based warm-up to awaken the body and establish alignment, then seamlessly transition into a breath-driven mat Pilates sequence focused on precision, control, and steady engagement.
This practice combines the grounding, fluidity, and balance of yoga with the focused core work and muscular control of Pilates, creating a strong, steady burn without rushing. Unlike barre, this class moves at a slower, more intentional pace—a synthesis of strength and stillness designed to support, stabilize, and elevate your yoga practice both on and off the mat.
