Lay back, relax, and do everything short of falling asleep in a comfortable room with ambient lighting. Classes use gravity to naturally open the body. Restorative yoga, yin, and gentle yoga will guide you through longer-held poses as you seek tranquility for body, mind, and spirit. Props like blankets, bolsters, straps and bricks are used to help ease the body into relaxation. Please feel free to wear your most comfortable clothing.
