For over 10 years, Fever has been a premier destination for hot yoga classes in Grand Rapids. Our hot yoga room is heated to 99° and 45% humidity, and supported by energy recovery ventilation to maintain a clean, balanced environment in every class. We offer hot yoga classes daily, including Slow Flow for beginners, All Levels for a balanced, accessible practice, and Power Vinyasa for those ready to challenge and evolve. No matter where you start, you can step in with confidence and build your practice over time.

Power Vinyasa is a movement-based, hot yoga class that combines alignment principles with creative flow. This is a powerful hot yoga class that will provide a full-body work out. Experience is strongly encouraged.
SLOW FLOW HOT YOGA (60)
Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is an alignment-based, hot yoga class for beginners or yogis looking to ease into their practice. We offer more instruction and an opportunity to take your time.
ALL LEVELS VINYASA HOT YOGA (60)
All-Levels Vinyasa Yoga is an alignment-based, hot yoga class that’s perfect for the beginner to intermediate yogi. This class will be a blend of dynamic movement and longer holds. You may even workshop a pose or two. Have fun with creating new shapes in all-levels.
