Flexibility is about more than being able to do the splits. In fact, it’s great cross-training. Working on your flexibility decreases your overall risk of injury and increases performance as well. Your muscles will be able to move through a greater range of motion with less energy. Regularly practicing yoga is a great and fun way to keep your muscles lithe and limber. We offer both heated and non-heated yoga options. Our hot yoga room is set to 99 degrees and 45% humidity.
