Her work as a Senior Teacher blends intelligent strength and alignment building, mobility, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and restorative practices to create results that extend far beyond flexibility alone. Shan is known for her intuitive, highly personalized approach—meeting each client exactly where they are and adapting sessions around injury history, chronic pain, athletic performance, post-surgical recovery, stress, burnout, and long-term sustainability.
