Ready to burn calories? Spin classes are great for the heart, lungs, and yes, the waistline. And if the healthier body doesn’t convince you, regular cardio exercise such as indoor cycling has also been shown to reduce stress.
RIDE (30) + FIT (30)
All levels 60 minute fitness class combining indoor cycling (spin) and strength training. Prepare to start in Studio C for spin and head to Studio A for core work, toning and sculpt. Accessible to all levels.
EXPRESS RIDE (30 min)
30 Minute express version of RIDE. Spin classes focus on endurance, interval training, strength, and recovery. Echelon MPower 2 performance metrics are used along with upbeat music, cool lighting effects + body weight bars to build upper body strength to enhance the experience and torch major calories in each spin class.
In-Studio Virtual Ride (30 min)
Our In-Studio Virtual Ride offers a flexible, self-guided spin experience using a professionally produced ride on the big screen. Ride solo or alongside others, follow the on-screen coach, and move at your own pace. No instructor is present in the room, giving you the freedom to ride intuitively. Bring your own music or let us play something that fits your vibe. Structured, immersive, and pressure-free.
