Massage Therapy
Step into a deeply sensory experience that blends therapeutic massage with slow, myofascial-informed work. Shannon integrates the grounding warmth of heated jojoba oil, steamed towels, and cupping with sustained, mindful pressure to engage both the physical body and the nervous system.
This work emphasizes depth without force. Through slow, controlled depth, movement and intentional pacing, tension is met rather than pushed, allowing meaningful change to occur within muscle, fascia, and connective tissue.
Each 60-minute session is guided by what your system needs most in the moment – restoration, release, or recalibration. The experience invites stillness, warmth, and a felt sense of reconnection through attentive, present touch.
These sessions are offered as student massage while Shannon completes massage therapy training alongside a licensed massage therapist on staff. With over 20 years of experience working with the body across multiple movement and healing modalities, Shannon brings a highly intuitive, anatomy-informed approach to each session. Sessions are provided at a reduced rate for educational purposes.
