ABOUT FLEXIBILITY CLASSES
Flexibility is about more than being able to do the splits. In fact, it’s great cross-training. Working on your flexibility decreases your overall risk of injury and increases performance as well. Your muscles will be able to move through a greater range of motion with less energy. Regularly practicing yoga is a great and fun way to keep your muscles lithe and limber. We offer heated, warm and non-heated yoga options. Our hot yoga room is set to 92 degrees and 45% humidity.
POWER VINYASA (60)
Power Vinyasa is a movement-based, hot vinyasa yoga class that combines alignment principles with creative flow. This is a powerful class that will provide a full-body work out. Experience is encouraged.
SLOW FLOW VINYASA (60)
Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is an alignment-based, hot vinyasa yoga class that’s perfect for beginners or yogis looking to ease into their practice. We offer more instruction and an opportunity to take your time.
ALL LEVELS VINYASA (60)
All-Levels Vinyasa Yoga is an alignment-based, hot vinyasa yoga class that’s perfect for the beginner to intermediate yogi. This class will be a blend of dynamic movement and longer holds. You may even workshop a pose or two. Have fun with creating new shapes in all-levels.
Glow Restore + Sound Healing
Glow Restore + Sound Healing, a 60-minute sanctuary of serenity. Immerse yourself in the soft, elegant glow emanating from an LED-lit fireplace, casting a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room, adorned with seamless LED lighting in a spectrum of calming colors, creates a harmonious environment for your restorative yoga journey. Unwind in the embrace of gentle poses and rejuvenating stretches, as the soothing resonance of singing sound bowls envelops the space.
Glow FLOW (45/60)
Glow Flow is an all levels class intentional for the early morning or evening time slot. This class ranges from 45 – 60 minutes and is a hot vinyasa yoga class that focuses on movement and holds to jump start or end your day.
Yoga 101 (60 hot)
60 Minute beginner level class that is offered on a once a month basis. Prepare to use props to help open the body. This class is gentle in nature and is for all levels. We will tap into foundations of yoga, including creating shapes within body, breath and mind.
MEDITATION IN MOTION (YOGA 60)
This 60 minute all-levels yoga and meditation class is where breath, movement and awareness meet. Expect each class to begin in breath and body awareness and how they intersect. You’ll move gently into a mindful flow that slows down just enough to deepen your understanding of alignment, transitions, and inner stillness. We’ll move intentionally to create coherence of brain and heart– exploring the architecture of postures with props, pausing to feel sensation, and weaving the attention inward. Each class will end as it began in a deep inner stillness and conscious presence. Class is not heated but set to room temperature.
