At Fever, our indoor cycling classes combine rhythm-based riding, interval training, and strength-focused segments to keep every class dynamic and results-driven. RIDE (30) + FIT (30)
All levels 60 minute fitness class combining indoor cycling (spin) and strength training. Prepare to start in Studio C for spin and head to Studio A for core work, toning and sculpt. Accessible to all levels.
EXPRESS RIDE (30)
30 Minute express version of RIDE. Spin classes focus on endurance, interval training, strength, and recovery. Echelon MPower 2 performance metrics are used along with upbeat music, cool lighting effects + body weight bars to build upper body strength to enhance the experience and torch major calories in each spin class.
RIDE 45
45-minute RIDE class. These rhythm-based spin classes blend endurance, interval training, climbs, recovery, and performance-focused cardio into one immersive indoor cycling experience. Using Echelon performance metrics, curated playlists, dynamic lighting, and optional upper body integration, each class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, build strength, and elevate energy without the joint impact of traditional cardio workouts.
FEVER FRIDAY RIDE 45
Once a month, the lights go down and the energy turns all the way up. Fever Friday is our high-energy signature ride featuring powerful choreography, challenging climbs, heavy beats, rhythm-based movement, and immersive cardio programming designed to push both endurance and focus. Expect an athletic Friday night party on the bike with motivating music, dynamic lighting, and a room full of riders moving together. Come ready to sweat, ride hard, and leave feeling completely electrified.
